Tenth Anniversary Celebration of On Cloud Nine

On Cloud 9 Logo

You are invited to join us on Saturday, February 6, 2010 as we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of Horizons for Youth's On Cloud Nine gala. The Chicago History Museum will be the venue as we come together to honor the memory of Paige Lauren Barnett and celebrate the accomplishments of Horizons for Youth students. On Cloud Nine was formed ten years ago by Paige's parents, Kent Barnett and Lauren Heath, and their friends to honor the memory of their eighteen month old daughter. Through the efforts of the Heath-Barnett family and the Horizons for Youth community this event is providing wonderful opportunities for other children. You are invited to join the celebration!

On Cloud 9 EventIn the ten years since On Cloud Nine began, the event has raised over $1.2 million in net profits for Horizons for Youth. As a direct result of this event, Horizons for Youth's student population has grown 155% during this time, and we have expanded our kindergarten through eighth grade programs into high school. On Cloud Nine's success is a result of the hard work of so many individuals that serve on our event and auction committees, the Horizons for Youth Board of Directors, donors to the event and the auction, and the numerous volunteers that set up, clean up, and promote the event. A very special thank you to the corporate sponsors of the ninth annual On Cloud Nine gala. The corporate sponsors listed below are those that have made a commitment to insuring our students are provided the opportunity to reach their full potential. Thank you for your tremendous contribution to our children.
