Tenth Anniversary Celebration of On Cloud Nine

On Cloud 9 Logo

The tenth annual On Cloud Nine gala was a tremendous success with almost 600 people coming together to support the students of Horizons for Youth. The Chicago History Museum was the venue as attendees participated in the festivities including a silent auction, live auction, and dancing. This year's event raised $170,000 in net profits for the students of Horizons for Youth, the equivalent of approximately 57 full year student scholarships.

On Cloud 9 EventIn the ten years since On Cloud Nine began, the event has generated $1.5 million in profits for Horizons for Youth. As a direct result of this event, Horizons for Youth's student population has grown 155% during the past 10 years, and we have expanded our kindergarten through eighth grade programs into high school. All the while, our students have maintained their 100% high school graduation rate and 80% college attendance rate.
