Our monthly Enrichment Outings expose students to the abundant cultural resources of Chicago.

Enrichment Outings are intended to expand the world views of our students and to help them see what is possible in the realms of art, science, theatre, and civic engagement. Some examples of past Enrichment Outings include ice skating, improv classes, Chicago architecture tours, and visits to local museums.

Students attend Enrichment Outings with their Big Sibling Mentors, one Saturday per month, providing an ideal context for them to share ideas and get to know each other better.

Please contact Nick DiMaso at nick@horizons-for-youth.org if your company is interested in financially supporting our monthly enrichment outings. Your company will connect with over 250 students, build positive brand awareness, and showcase support of an important cause: Chicago’s youth.
